Added an HTML5 version. It's a rough pass and I'm just putting it up in the hopes of getting more people playing. It does have a few issues, but hopefully will have those fixed soon. First there is a small full-screen button in the bottom right. If you use this to play in full-screen, then just make sure you use it if you need to exit full-screen. Otherwise, you won't be able to go back to full-screen (unless you refresh the page).  Also, when running in full-screen it is distorted/blurry.
